Community Association Manager

Community Association Manager (CAM) is licensed by the State of Florida.  The manager works with the Association Board of Directors to manage and maintain the community.

Accounting Manager

Accounting positions require experience with financial statements, general ledgers, bank reconciliations, budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and customer service.

 

Administrative Support

The support staff is highly skilled administrative personnel.  Members of this team provide daily support throughout the organization.  The position requires computer, communication, organizational and customer service skills.

 

Facility Maintenance

The maintenance staff maintains the community's facilities. The duties of this area include but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, minor mechanical repairs and pool maintenance.
