Rebecca Furlow President/CEO |
| Rebecca is a Licensed Community Association Manager licensed by the State of Florida. Rebecca has 15 years' experience in the banking industry and in corporate management prior to becoming President of Leland Management. Rebecca was on the Board of the Mid Florida Chapter of CAI (Community Association Institute) for six years and President for three terms. Rebecca holds a CFCAM (Certified Florida Community Association Manager) designation and is an education course curriculum provider for the Florida Community Association Professionals' statewide training program. Rebecca has managed Leland Management and numerous associations for over a decade during which time Leland Management has experienced solid growth and established an outstanding reputation and loyal client base. | |

David Furlow CFO |
| David is a CPA and Licensed Community Association Manager with degrees in Economics and Accounting/Finance. Out of college he joined the accounting firm Price Waterhouse and obtained his Florida CPA Certificate. After several years as the CFO for a real estate development company, David joined Regal Marine Industries as the VP/CFO. Regal is a Florida-based manufacturer of luxury pleasure boats sold throughout the world. During over 20 years at Regal Marine David was responsible for Finance, IT, Materials, Personnel, Customer Service and Manufacturing operations. | |

Christy Borden Director of Manager Development |
| Christy Borden is a Director of Manager Development for the Orlando and Volusia Divisions. She has been employed by Leland Management since November 2010. Christy brings to this position fifteen years of operations management experience with eleven years specific to the association management field. Past positions related to association administration include large scale general manager of a gated resort as well as Assistant Accounting Controller. Christy has earned the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS (Association Management Specialist), and PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designations from the Community Association Institute as well as holding a CAM license in both Florida and Georgia. | |

Debbie Kolesser Director of Manager Development |
| Debbie has worked at Leland Management for over 12 years holding positions in Accounts Receivable, as a Licensed Community Association Manager, Manager of CAM's and most recently as a Director of Manager Development. Debbie has a proven success record in Managing Associations for as long as 10 years, focusing on communication and building relationships with Board Members. During her tenure at Leland, Debbie has trained and assisted numerous LCAM’s helping them achieve high levels of success. Debbie is currently working on becoming a Certified Manager of Community Association and looks forward to her continued career at Leland Management. | |

Stacey Peach Director of Manager Development |
| Stacey is a Licensed Community Association Manager and has been with Leland Management since 2004. Prior to her career at Leland Management, she was vice president of a commercial maintenance company, owned and operated a company that gathered feedback and reported on customer satisfaction, and has experience in the marketing and advertising field. Stacey is responsible for the supervision and training of many Community Association Managers, oversight of complex communities, as well as the development and enhancements of Leland's systems and procedures. | |

Gary van der Laan Director of Manager Development |

Gary was born and raised in Miami and has been a resident of Florida his entire life. Gary attended the University of Miami School of Business. He has been a Licensed Community Association Manager for 18 years and has worked with Leland for the past 5 years. In his current position of Director of Manager Development Gary facilitates manager education as well as teaching Board training programs throughout the state. Gary is certified by the State of Florida to teach continuing education courses as well as the Condominium Board Member Certification class. Gary is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and is the current President of the Mid-Florida Chapter of CAI. Gary holds the (CMCA) Certified Manager of Community Associations, Association Management Specialist and (PCAM)Professional Community Association Manager designations through CAI. Most recently Gary was awarded the CFCAM designation from (FCAP) Florida Community Association Professionals. Gary is a contributor to the education curriculum of the statewide FCAP training program and has provided education courses at several city and county education conferences. |

Lisa Dixon Bogolub Director, Tampa Division |

Lisa is a Licensed Community Association Manager with a degree in Management from the University of Florida. Lisa has 12 years management experience and was the business development manager for two major executive suite franchises and commercial leasing companies prior to becoming Director of the Tampa Division at Leland Management in 2005. Lisa is the past Vice-President of the Suncoast Business Alliance Group, an active member of the Suncoast Chapter of CAI (Community Association Institute) and the Executive Director of the non-profit organization, KGD Foundation. Lisa manages associations in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties and is responsible for the overall operations of the Tampa Division. |

Doug Harrier Director, Jacksonville Division |

Doug has over 30 years experience in business management including Property, Association, Long Term Care, and Hospitality Management and previous owned CAH Services. Doug has worked for Leland Management since 2004. In 2005 Doug was promoted to the Director of Manager Development. In 2006 Doug relocated to Saint Augustine to take over the management of the Jacksonville Division which now extends from Flagler Beach to the Georgia border. Doug is also certified by the state of Florida to teach the Condominium Board Certification Class.

Martha Ledford Director, Ocala Division

Martha Ledford has been a licensed community association manager with the State of Florida(LCAM) since 2004. She has been in the Association Management industry for over a decade and is currently a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) with the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBCCAM). Prior to joining the Leland Management team in 2011, Martha held the position of Vice-President for an Association Management Company based in Lake County, Florida that specialized in the development, transition and management of Active Adult 55+ communities.

Tracey Clement Director of Human Resources |
|
Tracey Clement joined Leland in 2005 and currently serves as Director of Human Resources. In this role Tracey is responsible for Human Resources, Training, Assessment / Billing, and Corporate Facilities. She has thirteen years experience in Management and Human Resources. Prior to joining Leland, Tracey served in various Human Resource and corporate administration positions at Regal Marine Industries and Brunswick Corporation. Tracey is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Central Florida Human Resource Association (CFHRA) and National Seminars Training (STAR 12). She is a Licensed Community Association Manager and is certified by the State of Florida to teach continuing education courses in Human Resources. She is also a contributor to the curriculum of the statewide FCAP (Florida Community Association Professionals) training program. |
