Try to correct the violation. The letter should have a description of
the violation and what is required to correct it. Refer to the
Declaration of Covenants, ARC Design guidelines, or any other rules
cited in the letter for clarification. if you still need assistance,
call or email the association manager.
Call Community Management ASAP and explain your situation. They will
direct you to pay online. Depending on how late you are, you may qualify
for a one-time waiver of late fees and interest.
An assessment is a share of expenses that each lot owner in Bellechase
pays to keep the community operating. As a private community, Bellechase
is responsible for all roadways, street signage, drainage retention
areas, and underground storm drains - in addition to all landscaping of
common areas, the front entrance and gate operations. Details of
assessments, and the authority of the association to collect them, can
be found in the Declaration of Covenants posted on the website.
Our community is Managed by Leland Management. If you need to contact
the management company for any reason, you can find their contact
information on the Contact Us page.
Website Questions
Registration is easy. All you need is your account number and a valid
email address. You can find your account number on your coupon book, or
you can request it online on the login page. Once you have the required
information, select 'register for a login' on the login page and follow
the prompts. If you experience issues with registration, please contact
resident support.
If you forgot your password or username, you can recover them
automatically by selecting the 'reset password' or 'forgot username'
options on the login page. If you are still experiencing issues, please
contact resident support.
On the top menu of the website go to eforms > ARC Applications to
submit a new application or review the status of an existing
application. Step by step instructions for completing the application
may be found here:

Go to my account > profile, scroll down and check or uncheck the
opt-in box under the community address book section. After, make sure
you scroll down and save your changes.
To subscribe: Log in, and fill out the form on the bottom of the
homepage. Or, log in, and go to my account > profile. Under the email
section, add an email address and save your changes. once your email is
added, you will see a section labeled "settings for [youremail]." Check
the boxes to select which types of emails you would like to receive,
then save your changes.
To unsubscribe: Log in to your account: go to My account > profile. Under the section labeled "settings for [youremail]", uncheck all the boxes, then save your changes.

Payment Questions
Credit Card payments may be submitted via the website using the
links for Alliance Bank or Frontsteps Pay. Fees vary for each method
as follows:
One-time payments: FrontSteps Pay - 3.5%, Alliance Bank- 3%.
Reoccurring Payment: FrontSteps Pay only - 3.5%.
