Credit Card payments may be submitted via Alliance or Frontsteps, fees vary per payment site. One-time payments: FrontSteps - 3.5%, Alliance - 3%. Reoccurring Payment: FrontSteps only - 3.5%.

Dues are a predetermined set of fees that are collected by HOAs, Community Associations, or divisions of property management for the upkeep of said organizations or neighborhoods in general. These fees are billed at intervals, sometimes by month, quarter, or annually.
Assessments or special assessments are fees that are charged by the homeowner associations. The fees cover any unexpected expenses that may arise. For example, natural disasters, inaccurate budgets, or any type of damage can be covered by HOA assessments.

Association Questions

Our community is Managed by Leland Management. If you need to contact the management company for any reason, you can find their contact information on the Contact Us page or visit https://www.lelandmanagement.com.
A board of directors is a requirement for a homeowners association to function properly. They are elected volunteers who are responsible for all operations of the association. These include: maintaining common areas, managing budgets/fiscal responsibilities, and enforcing/complying with governing documents.
Try to correct the violation. Refer to our Covenant Guidelines for a clearer description, or call your community association manager for assistance.
Residents need to add all incoming visitors to their household's guest list via the ISN Resident website/app. Instructions on how to add visitors are provided to Residents during the initial “New Resident Set-Up” and are also available by contacting the HOA.

Residents are required to complete a "Vehicle RFID Registration Form" for each new vehicle and present a copy of the vehicle registration and Proof of Insurance to the Office. Registration must show the Resident's name and Eagle Creek Address. The completed form and vehicle registration must be presented to the HOA Office, located at 10180 Eagle Creek Center Blvd.

RFID windshield stickers cost $50. Headlight RFID stickers cost $70.

New Owners: need to submit by email the following information in order to reserve an appointment for "New Owner Set-Up":
  • Completed New Owner Packet
  • Waiver of Liability, Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreements
  • Copy of Warranty Deed or Settlement Statement (provided at closing)

Upon receiving all the documentation, the HOA team will send the new owner the available appointment dates and times. The HOA team will also send them a QR Code that will grant them temporary access to the community until they receive the permanent RFID sticker during the appointment.
New Tenants: need to submit by email the following information to reserve an appointment for New Tenant Set-Up:
  • Completed Tenant Packet
  • Waiver of Liability, Indemnification, and Hold Harmless Agreements
  • Executed Lease Agreement

• Community pools and playgrounds are open seven (7) days a week, from dawn to dusk.
• Community Tennis Courts and Basketball Courts are open seven (7) days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• The community Fitness Center is open seven (7) days a week, from 5 a.m. to 12 a.m.
