Kent Taylor, with Leland Management since 2006, is currently the Director for Leland Management of the Volusia Division which has its principal office in DeBary, Florida. He has extensive management experience and has spent the last ten years managing a variety of homeowner associations and as well as a commercial office property. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Chapter of the Community Association Institute and is a member of the chapters Education Committee. He has also earned the distinguished Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) accreditation which is only held by 2.800 managers worldwide. In addition to that he has both the industry accreditation for Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) all of which signify the highest professional levels of education and knowledge in the field of Association Management.
Kent has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Ball State University and a Florida Real Estate License and was active for several years in real estate investments prior to joining Leland Management. He also was involved for over 25 years as a Director of Technology for several Fortune 500 companies. He is a Veteran and served in the U.S. Navy for six years.
