Meet the Director

Doug Harrier

Doug is a Licensed Community Association Manager with over 30 years experience in business management including Property, Association, Long Term Care, Hospitality Management and the previous owner of his own company. Doug has been with Leland Management since 2004. Doug held the position of Director of Manager Development prior to taking responsibility for management of the Jacksonville Division in 2006. The Jacksonville division has grown to encompass the area from Flagler Beach to the Georgia border. Doug was named Vice President in 2016. Doug holds the CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) AMS (Association Management Specialist) and PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designations from the Community Association Institute (CAI). Doug has been a curriculum provider and instructor for National Business Institute and is certified by the State of Florida to teach accredited Board Certification Classes.
