Tracey Clement joined Leland in 2005 and currently serves as a Vice President. In this role Tracey is responsible for human resources, training, resident support, and corporate facilities. She has sixteen years of experience in Management and Human Resources. Prior to joining Leland, Tracey served in various human resource and corporate administration positions with international companies.
Tracey is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Greater Orlando Society for Human Resource Management (GoSHRM), Florida Community Association Professionals (FCAP) and National Seminars Training (NST). She is a Licensed Community Association Manager and is certified by the state of Florida to teach continuing education courses in human resources. She is also a contributor to the curriculum of the statewide FCAP (Florida Community Association Professionals) training program. In 2014, Tracey was appointed to serve a three year term on the Employer Association Forum's (EAF) Board of Directors and named president of LifeStream's, a non-profit 501(c)(3), Foundation Board of Directors. In 2015, Tracey was the proud recipient of the Women Who Mean Business 2015 Business Executive of the Year Award.
